The first thing one should know about me is that I am an avid reader, well, consumer. I am dyslexic, which makes the task of reading a chore and unendurable to say the least, but from a young age I lost myself time and time again in the story's, fantasy's, and pondering written on page. Some might ask, Patrick how do you consume them, and its simple I never stop licensing. My secret is audio books in any and every way they become available.

From my state school and library, to the dyslexic and blind foundation, and Audible by Amazon I have been able to find every title that has ever intrigued me. Audio books are an amazing substitute for consuming a story, but does not work to help my spelling, so bare with me, and I hope you enjoy some of the suggestions I will name now and discuss in future columns.

weather you are on the beach, board of Netflix, or needing a break from homework I have consumed a book that should interest almost any reader. I will say my preference is heavily scudded to science-fiction and fantasy, but that's just a preference, and their is plenty of history, self help, philosophy, and biography to enjoy on my personal list. For any who can not wait for a review Ill expose my favorite two series to get you started. The Red Rising series by Pierce Brown is my favorite hands down. I've now read the first three six times, and the most resent two will catch up quickly. My other suggestions is The Expanse by James S. A. Corey. Corey's lead character is the definition of a space cowboy.

My goal is to examine some of my favorites over the next few weeks giving why I love what I love.
